Therapy can be a place to slow down, understand yourself more clearly, and begin making changes that feel realistic and sustainable.
I work with adults who may feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected from themselves, or caught in patterns that no longer serve them. Some clients come in carrying stress, anxiety, relational pain, cultural or identity-based pressure, or the lingering impact of earlier life experiences. Others may look functional on the outside while quietly struggling on the inside.
My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and tailored to the person in front of me. Depending on your needs, our work may include practical and solution-focused support, deeper emotional processing, body awareness, inner child or parts-oriented exploration, and learning how to respond to yourself with more clarity and compassion.
Rather than trying to change everything at once, I focus on helping clients build small, meaningful shifts over time. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and paced in a way that feels manageable rather than overwhelming.
I offer a supportive space for adults who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their emotional well-being, and create change that feels more aligned with who they are.
This may be a good fit if:
You feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or disconnected from yourself
You are high-functioning on the outside but struggling internally
You want more than just a place to vent and are looking for meaningful, sustainable change
You are carrying the impact of family, culture, religion, identity, or earlier attachment wounds
You want therapy that is thoughtful, collaborative, and adapted to where you are in life
